Like all fruits, each coffee has unique flavours and aromas that are specific to its variety, the soils and microclimate in which it is grown, its processing and roasting process.
A lot of us are accustomed to drinking coffee roasted dark, maybe with milk and a lot of sugar added. But have you tried coffee that's roasted perfectly to a point where its sweet and true fruity-self shines through? Give it a try and you'll be pleasantly surprised. You'll discover that each region has its own specific characteristics.
So if you've never tried Timor-Leste coffee before, how could we describe the flavours and aromas for you? Watch this fun video by Agora baristas, Nia Zimenes, Zito Correia, and Ekobeatus Maria de Cruz.
